The current forecast continues to fluctuate regarding the timing and accumulation of snow and ice in our area. Because safety is our top priority, we have developed the following contingency plans for the upcoming high school exam window.
Communication Timeline

Notification: If there is any change to the school schedule for Monday, January 26, or Tuesday, January 27, we will notify families and employees by 7:00 PM the night before, if not earlier.

Channels: Updates will be shared through Connect 5, the division website, social media, and local media outlets.
High School Exam Rescheduling Plans
Monday and Tuesday are scheduled exam days at our high schools. Please review the following scenarios carefully:

Scenario A: School is Delayed or Cancelled on Monday (Jan. 26) Only

Monday Exams will move to Monday, February 2.

Tuesday Exams will occur as scheduled on Tuesday, January 27.

2nd Semester would begin on Tuesday, February 3.
