I am originally from upstate New York.  Go 'Cuse!!!!  I taught for 6 years in the Rochester area before my family and I moved to Staunton, Virginia, in 2006. I taught at Skyline Middle School in Harrisonburg for 8 years, thus explains why my kids and I are big JMU fans.  I have two sons and a daughter that attend Isle of Wight County Schools.  I started teaching PE/Health at Smithfield Middle in the fall of 2014.  I have always wanted to be a PE/Health teacher.  I love being around kids and sports.
